Here’s How You Can Help the Victims of the Half Moon Bay Mass Shooting

Half Moon Bay, such an amazing town and one of my favorite places to go exploring.  There is a little something special for everyone who comes up. From the scenic views cruising on Highway 1, walking on the gorgeous beaches, eating at delicious restaurants, trails for hikes, small local shops, LOTS of pumpkins and Christmas Trees…and most importantly the people within the community. All of them friendly, down to earth and just all around nice folks. I’ve spent a lot of time in Half Moon Bay over the years, attending the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival, watching the surf competitions at Mavericks, even just getting in my car and taking a drive to clear my head, there really is no other city in the Bay Area quite like it.  When news broke out about the shooting that occurred on Monday, I felt hurt, sad, angry, confused. A whole mix of emotions ran through me thinking about the people who were involved in the tragedy. What’s sad and scary is that this is the world we live in.  My heart hurts over all of this and crying won’t do anything, but there’s a way we can help!.
