Jeff Bezos’ rocket company, “Blue Origin,” announced its first paying customer, who at 18 years old will also be the youngest person to travel to space!

Dutch teenager Oliver Daemen will join the Amazon founder, his brother, Mark Bezos when they launch into space aboard the New Shepard rocket July 20.

In addition, Daemen being the youngest person to go into space, 82-year old Wally Funk will pilot the rocket and become the oldest person to go into space!

Funk, a pilot and flight instructor, will break the age record set by John Glenn, when he traveled to space in 1988 at the age of 77.

Daemen will break the record set by the Soviet cosmonaut Ghermon Titov, who was 25 when he blasted into orbit.
